 | Industry product features
The cold rolled steel, electro galvanized steel and hot dip galvanized steel delivered in plate status with thicker thickness are the main materials for electric industry products such as electric cabinet plate or post & telecommunication equipment. Low precision of plate’s size is required by electric products compared to the appliances according to the blanking craft; however there are still rather requirements for plate’s shape, inner stress and no existence of any defects influencing the appearance.

Roughness is not more than 3mm and less heavy coil to reduce the roller mark as the surface quality controlling; and shearing experiment or hanging experiments as the shape controlling to reduce the twist because of inner stress. These two are the focus of the control during the processing.
