The main raw material for metal products are cold rolled steel and pickled hot rolled steel which will be delivered in strip coils or plate status. The electroplating and coating procedure after progressive stamping/punching/bending/welding request a high quality surface of the plate. Metal furniture as the typical metal product is made of cold rolled plate with general level of stamping in plate status (e.g.: SPCC/St12). Metal furniture has the same requirement of surface quality with appliances because the post-processing procedures are coating, bending and punching. Progressive stamping craft requires strips with good flatness and negative common difference, so the camber of the strip should be much less than others. It needs to check on the both side of the plate to control the surface quality. Small cross cutting line with higher precision is suit for the furniture steel shearing. Controlling the length/width/diagonal common difference to reduce the variation is the key point.
