Appliances such as refrigerator, washing machine, water heater and microwave oven have a high request for appearance especially the refrigerator’s shell plate (arthropleure and panel parts). These parts usually delivered in plate’s state are cold rolled or electro galvanized and will be coated later. The plates’ surface defects will emerge after coating that would impact the appliances’ appearance, so there is a high request for the quality of the plates’ surface. The fold/roll marks/pits/bumps/bulges which will affect the effect of uniform reflection after coating are not allowed. During the processing the key is controlling the surface quality and strip shape. There are dedicated plates for appliances from Shagang to make sure the grade of surface quality and the strip shape meeting the requirements of production. |
